Texas will lead a coalition of 17 states in a lawsuit against the Obama administration over Obama’s misuse of Presidential powers when he unilaterally granted amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants, as announced by Texas Gov.-elect Greg Abbott.
While many people would say that Obama has not broken the law and even suggest that he’s doing the same thing that Reagan did, it’s far from the truth. Reagan went through Congress and Obama is bypassing Congress. Obama is rewriting the law here, not acting on a law already created by the legislative branch.
Obama has created a situation where there is no longer a separation of powers within our government. He is setting up dicatorship and in fact, that is essentually what he already is.
Seeing how all of his actions have done little more than draw a whimper from Republicans, we can consider that most Republicans are now socialist RINOs.
So much damage has been caused by Obama one wonders if we will ever see a ‘Republic’ again.
