Judge Arthur J. Schwab from the Western District of Pennsylvania declared last month that Obama has broken the law in taking his executive actions on amnesty for millions of immigrants.
Judge Schwab declared, “President Obama’s unilateral legislative action violates the separation of powers provided for in the United States Constitution as well as the Take Care Clause, and therefore is unconstitutional.”
Of course, the executive branch can’t write laws, only execute them, which Obama, who claims to be a Constitutional scholar, has done.
