Florida police were recently caught on video tasing an elderly man in spite of the fact that the man was holding his arms up offering no resistance.
The taser, which has killed more than 600 people since 2001, delivers about 50,000 volts of electricity. To use it on an elderly man offering no resisitance is a criminal act.
